Our client is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their office team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to their supportive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities:You will be responsible for handling all phone enquiries and emails from potential and existing clients and suppliers. You will assist in managing the director’s schedule for client meetings and site visits and maintain the CRM system, including scheduling work for mobile operatives. You will also assist in the preparation of quotations, completion reports, and other documentation. The role will include tracking and ordering of any required stock/equipment and the successful candidate will complete any given task with precision and diligence. You will be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised with effective workload and deadline management. You will also be competent in basic mathematical skills and posses strong communication skills. It is essential that you are comfortable dealing with clients and customers via phone and email and that you have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
