Overview
TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Plumber to work in Knightsbridge, London, across ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with options for overtime and occasional weekend work on a rota basis. A busy season (May to October) may require flexibility for hours and days worked. Salary: £40,000. Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems, and central heating systems.
- Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
- Test closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
- Assist other staff members as required.
- Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
- Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
- Seasonal shift and on-call rota.
- Any other duties as and when requested.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Abilities
- City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (or above)
- Unvented ticket
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
- Knowledge of building regulations
- Possesses own hand tools
- Professional approach with emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
- Significant proven experience
- Full clean UK driving licence
