Today, it has scaled to Β£325m revenue and are about to hit 300 employees.</p><p>To sustain this momentum, the business needs a strategic People leader who can align People operations with business success and optimisation.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>The CPO will be responsible for evolving the People strategy, culture, and talent agenda, ensuring the business attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>People Strategy & Leadership</strong>– Design and execute a future-proof People strategy that enables business growth and operational excellence.</li><li><strong>Scaling & Organisational Design</strong>– Build and evolve a People function that supports rapid expansion, ensuring structure, processes, and culture scale effectively.</li><li><strong>Culture & Engagement</strong>– Champion a progressive, inclusive, and high-performance culture where employees can thrive.</li><li><strong>Talent & Leadership Development</strong>– Strengthen leadership capability, drive workforce planning, and implement initiatives that enable employees to perform at their best.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making</strong>– Leverage HR analytics and insights to drive strategy, optimise processes, and influence executive decisions.</li><li><strong>International Expansion</strong>– Oversee People operations across multiple geographies, ensuring <strong>compliance and best practices</strong> as the company scales globally.</li></ol><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Proven CPO/Executive HR leadership experience</strong> in high-growth environments.</li><li><strong>Commercial & business-aligned mindset</strong>, with the ability to create a People strategy that drives business success.</li><li><strong>Change & transformation expertise</strong>, with experience implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive long-term impact.</li><li><strong>Data & analytics focus</strong>, using People insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve.</li></ol><p><strong>What’s on Offer:</strong></p><p>From Β£150k + outstanding company performance bonus.</p><p>Birthday Off + 25 days annual leave + bank holidays</p><p>Hybrid 4 days a week</p><p>This is a rare opportunity for an impact-driven People leader to shape and scale a People function within a fast-growing organisation.</p><p>Interested?
