A leading FM company with contracts in high‐end offices and other commercial buildings, as well as high‐end residential properties, is looking for an experienced Static Multi‐skilled Building Services Engineer based in Central London. The role offers a basic salary of 45‐47 k pound, dependent on experience, and the opportunity for career progression and strong support network.

About the role
As a Static Multi‐skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be:

carry out regular PPMs on all mechanical plant and assist with electrical systems

attending breakdowns on all mechanical plant electrical systems

completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other mechanical plant

completing reactive plumbing work and maintenance

receiving up to 45 k pound basic, dependent on experience, plus package and company benefits

working as part of a 3‐man team on site

Requirements

Experience in PPMs on all mechanical and electrical plant room equipment

NVQ / City Guilds in plumbing or electrical

Fault finding and repair experience on all mechanical and electrical plant

Remuneration
Up to 45‐47 k pound basic, plus overtime, package and company benefits.
