A leading FM company with contracts in high end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as high-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer based in Central London, near Blackfriars, paid £45K Basic dependant on experience. As a Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be:
- Carrying out regular PPM's on all Mechanical plant and assisting with Electrical systems.
- Attending breakdowns on all Mechanical plant and Electrical systems.
- Completing PPM's on AHU's, FCU's, and other mechanical plant.
- Completing reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
- Part of a 2-man team on site.
Requirements for the Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer:
- Experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and Electrical plant room equipment.
- An NVQ/City Guilds in Plumbing or Electrical.
- Fault finding and repair experience on all Mechanical and Electrical plant.
Salary: Up to £45K + Overtime + Package.
