PageGroup are delighted to support a leading global manufacturing business with the appointment of a stand-alone Interim HR Business Partner role for their Droitwich site. Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based. This is an interim role for circa 9-12 months.
Description
Reporting to a HR Director, the role of Interim HR Business Partner will be stand-alone at the Droitwich manufacturing site. This is a generalist role, to support with the full people life cycle at this busy site, you will deal with all operational HR matters alongside working with the HR Director and SLT on the people strategy and any HR initiatives.
Duties will cover but not limited to:
- Deal with all relevant HR Administration tasks for the site
- Support with recruitment and on-boarding
- Deal with all employee relations casework
- Support the HR Director and global team with any HR projects and initiatives
- Work with the SLT on-site to support with the People Strategy to meet commercial objectives
- Oversee management of the HRIS
- Continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures when necessary
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role. Critically you will be comfortable in a stand-alone role dealing with all aspects of HR from administration through to working with the SLT on the people strategy. Ideally you will hold CIPD level 5 or above.
