Your responsibilities will include:Delivering effective training programmes, managing all aspects from methods to contentUsing a variety of approaches to enhance customer knowledge, including in-house, on-site, live-streaming, video, face-to-face, and other creative methodsStaying updated on industry issues impacting Daikin UK\’s training offeringsCollaborating with Product Management, Marketing, FQS, and Sales to identify and meet technical training needsUpdating course materials to include product updatesSupporting the Learning Centre Manager in maintaining training centres with relevant equipment and toolsThe Ideal Candidate:You should have experience in a Learning and Development or training role, with knowledge of heating products. Alternatively, you may have extensive practical knowledge of heating systems and a passion for training and development.
