Come jointhe team and help us make history! The role is a Fixed TermContract (12 months). We are looking for a talented Snr. MarketingManager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP)program. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to developa successful package delivery business with low start-up costs andaccess to Amazons technology and logistics experience. You will beresponsible for a number of strategic projects that underpin ourbrand and performance marketing strategy across EU, APAC and theMENA region, in order to grow brand awareness and generate inboundleads into the application funnel. The role is broad in scopecovering responsibility for customer insight, marketing mix choices(channels and investment levels), marketing budget ownership andspend optimization, agency management, measurement/ evaluation andreporting results to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has atrack record of success in marketing strategy, and a strongbackground in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.You also have proven experience managing priorities and workingeffectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strongproject management skills, attention to detail, and anentrepreneurial, creative spirit. This role will supportinternational expansion across APAC and MENA. The ideal candidatewill be able to move between strategy and execution on a dailybasis. You have experience and influence in cross-teamcollaboration across multiple projects. A successful candidate willbe highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and have aproven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership andsuccessfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamicbusiness environment. Key job responsibilities 1. Own marketresearch of local audiences to identify insights and targetingstrategies 2. Work with global brand owners and local businessteams to create relevant positioning for each country 3. Creationof marketing launch strategy to support business goals, inconjunction with central strategy teams on paid channels, SEO,martech and content marketing 4. Own regional budget withaccountability on spend and efficiency targets 5. Recruit andmanage local agency partners to manage paid media, work with globalagency partners on localizing efforts 6. Own driving brandawareness, lead generation and applications of prospective DSPs 7.Creation of annual and quarterly campaign strategy includingcreating agency briefs, planning workflows, agency management andreporting 8. Automate and improve triggered communicationthroughout the customer journey 9. Collaborate cross-functionallywith stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience acrossthe marketing funnel. Experience in developing and managingacquisition marketing or channel programs Experience with Excel orTableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functionalmarketing programs Experience developing and executing campaignsacross a multitude of timezones and languages Experience inmarketing or marketing research Experience using data and metricsto measure impact and determine improvements Experience presentingmetrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Experiencedriving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teamsand agency partners Experience designing and executing jointmarketing plans with strategic alliance partners with globalfootprint Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
