Calex specialise in the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes, predominantly within the automotive retail industry, including management, technical, aftersales and apprentice training. We are seeking a Regional Product & Technology Trainer for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will report to the Product & Technology Regional Training Team Manager and will be responsible for developing the product and technology knowledge, sales skills and performance of the front-line Audi Retailer network in the Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, East Anglia and North London region.

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Audi Centre and Retailer visits
- Regional training delivery
- Product, technology and sales demonstrations
- Customer experience support / coaching
- Bespoke sessions depending on needs
- Identify and support individual training plans

- Attendance at brand (factory) training / accreditation
- Design and develop learning working alongside the Regional Product & Technology Designer

Salary & Benefits
Up to £41,000.00pa dependent on experience, plus a car, 25 Days Paid Annual Leave. Calex Employee Benefits Package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme).
Pre-employment Checks
Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
Employment
The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK.
Place of Work
This is a regional role with a requirement for significant travel. The region covers Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, East Anglia and North London. There will also be times when it may be necessary to work from alternative locations, e.g. Audi UK head office in Blakelands, Milton Keynes, other VWG facilities and national retailers and Calex UK Ltd offices, as necessary to perform the role.
