Do you want to work for a Global HR Services Outsourcing Company focusing on Talent Management and Compliance? You will work across EME, partnering with large enterprise organisations. You will lead the delivery of exceptional client services across a variety of MSP clients.

Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland

The role:

  • Develop strong client relationships with some of the best & largest companies.
  • Deliver multi-country payroll solutions.
  • Meet with clients to enhance the relationship, review performance and offer service improvements.
  • Lead, train and develop a high-performing delivery team.
  • Resolve client escalations and issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Streamline processes and work with internal teams to ensure a high-quality service.
  • Expand service offerings to clients.

Your experience:

  • Experience in account management, client services or operations at a director level (or potentially manager level, depending on the size of accounts running) for an MSP (Managed Service Provider), Workforce Solutions or Payroll company.
  • Experience with high-value accounts, providing best-in-class service and complex service agreements.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-country payroll.
  • Experience improving processes, service delivery and driving operational excellence.
