Japanese Travel Company is seeking for Inbound Operation Assistant Japanese Travel Company Japanese Speaking Inbound Operation Assistant Location: City, Hybrid Salary: 25K Responsibilities: * Create/amend bookings * Arrange guide, coach, car, entrance ticket, restaurant etc. * Operation of the tours including emergency phone duty * Japanese language customer service desk * Register and maintain product information on dedicated systems * Create and update sales materials (website, social media etc) * Substitute Japanese language assistant for emergency Requirements: * Customer service experience * Native level Japanese language in oral and written communication skills are necessary * Good English oral and written communication skills are necessary * Destination knowledge (UK, London) is preferred * Moderate computer literature – experience in working with Microsoft packages is desirable * Experience or interests in shooting & editing picture videos, posting them on SNS is preferred
