Role duties:

• Participate in a structured training program covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management.
• Work closely with senior managers and team members to learn day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to team projects and drive process improvements.
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills by supervising small teams and managing assigned tasks.
• Analyse business performance and assist in developing strategic plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues.
