Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a High-End, Residential Site Manager on a permanent basis for a client of ours located in Rochdale.  you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, from concept to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of high-end residential construction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision. Responsibilities Lead and manage the development of bespoke luxury properties from inception to delivery. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure impeccable quality and design. Oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Source and select premium materials and finishes that meet the highest standards of luxury living. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are exceeded. Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to incorporate the latest advancements in luxury home design. Requirements Proven experience in high-end residential development or luxury property construction. A strong network of industry contacts, including architects, designers, and suppliers. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple developments simultaneously. An eye for detail and a passion for excellence in craftsmanship and design. Strong negotiation and leadership abilities. Knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and construction best practices.
