Warranty Technical Advisor required - Marine Industry - Leisure Yachts Based in Southampton Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with occasional out of hours on-call.
Overview: Arranging boat repairs for customers who keep their boat in various parts of the world, the challenge with this role is the effective logistics coinciding with delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be required to make the necessary arrangements for yacht repairs, either organising the Engineering team from the UK to travel, or by liaising with local subcontractors. In addition, you'll need to ensure all the required parts are ordered and delivered to the relevant location, and keep clear communication lines with the customer.
Requirements:
- Organisation is absolutely key;
- Marine industry experience within the leisure yachting sector would be beneficial;
- Customer-focused;
- Experience with a logistics-based role would be beneficial;
- The ability to spin plates and juggle a busy workload, whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
