Our client is looking for a skilled Loyalty and CRM manager, with a background in either retail or ecommerce (ideally both) to join their rapidly growing marketing team. This is a busy and key role in the management and delivery of campaign management. Confidently working with other internal departments and being exceptionally organised are key for this consumer product focussed CRM and Loyalty Management job in Brighton.

Responsibilities for this Loyalty & CRM Manager job include:

  • Deliver the campaign activity as outlined in the customer loyalty plan.
  • Manage trigger and automation programmes.
  • Work with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams and retailers, to deliver promotional campaign activity, including new product launches, events, discounts and promotions etc.
  • Working with the wider marketing team on campaigns covering emails, social media, SMS, ecommerce, retail merchandise and digital content.
  • Analyse and report on campaign activity, as aligned with the KPI’s and commercial ROI.
  • Manage external agencies, brief, track and report on campaign activity managed by them.

For this Loyalty & CRM Manager role you should have:

  • Worked as a CRM or Loyalty Manager for at least 3 years, for either a retailer or eCommerce company.
  • Proven skills in working on a consumer product / retail loyalty programme.
  • Successfully managed data for multimillion+ consumers, including trigger and automation.
  • Proven skills in either Talon.one, Klaviyo or other CRM systems.
