A busy and dynamic family of five based in Chelsea is looking for an exceptional House Manager / Personal Assistant (PA) to oversee the smooth running of their household. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to manage a wide range of tasks, from staff management to social diary coordination, all while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Household Accounts & Inventories: Oversee finances, inventories, and day-to-day household logistics.
- Staff Management: Lead a team of 12 staff members, managing rotas, ensuring role clarity, and maintaining harmony and efficiency across the team.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the house is always maintained to the highest standard.
- Children’s Schedules: Coordinate children’s activities with the nannies, ensuring seamless schedules.
- Chef & Driver Management: Organise and manage the schedules for both the chef and driver.
- Wardrobe & Dry Cleaning: Assist with wardrobe management and oversee dry cleaning and other laundry needs.
- Contractor Oversight: Manage external contractors as needed.
- Guest Hosting: Greet and manage guests with the utmost professionalism.
- Social Diary Management: Organise the family’s social calendar and events.
- Admin & PA Support: From running errands to booking appointments, ensure all tasks are handled efficiently. Maintain filing systems, manage correspondence, and take care of all household-related admin tasks.
- Stock Management: Handle grocery orders, Amazon orders, and manage the household’s stock levels.
