We are currently looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Workshop Administrator to join our team and keep the engine of our workshop running smoothly. Role Overview: As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of our workshop operations. You’ll be the link between the workshop team, management, and customers — ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and workshop team. * Schedule and manage workshop bookings and workload. * Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and workshop documentation. * Liaise with customers, providing updates and clear communication. * Process job cards, invoices, and internal paperwork. * Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures. * Assist with stock control and ordering of workshop supplies. About You: * Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in a workshop/technical environment preferred). * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Confident communicator, both written and verbal. * Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. * IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. * A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
