What You’ll Be Doing: As an Operations Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of everything, ensuring that operations run seamlessly by investigating customer issues, analysing data, and resolving discrepancies. You’ll be collaborating with multiple teams—IT, Finance, Demand, Business Development, Marketing—and you’ll build strong relationships with clients, keeping them satisfied and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Your role will include: * Handling customer enquiries, ensuring each one is resolved quickly and accurately. * Loading rates and corporate RFP agreements into the system with a laser-sharp focus on accuracy. * Manipulating data files, using Excel (VLOOKUP and all!), and importing everything into our CRS system with precision. * Collaborating across departments to ensure everything operates without a hitch. * Maintaining excellent relationships with hotels and ensuring they’re satisfied with our services.
