Are you a people person with strong communication skills? We\’re looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to engage with residents while maintenance work is carried out. This role is a mix of office and on-site work, requiring frequent travel between properties.
What You\’ll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling queries and complaints.
Arrange appointments and keep residents informed of work schedules.
What You\’ll Need:
Customer service experience (CSR background not essential).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt and engage with different people.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
