We are working with a fantastic business based out of Glasgow. Our client is looking for a hard working and dedicated Internal Recruiter with integrity, passion, and commitment in all that they do. We need a professional and volume skilled individual who wants to be successful in their career and help to build the business further.

This position will be an integral part of the organisation, the real face and driving force of our clients Contact Centre business. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop creative strategies to find great talent, with a focus on creating, inviting and engaging candidate experiences.

Desirable experience:

  • Recruitment experience (Ideally in a Contact Centre Volume & fast paced dynamic environment)
  • HR experience advantageous but not essential
  • Customer care experience
  • Experience working to business targets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Confident, driven, and enthusiastic
  • A real passion for wanting to be successful and progress in your career
