A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high-end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as high-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer based in Mayfair, London.
Position: Temp to perm
Pay: £23 per hour, 8 hours per day, up to £45K basic depending on experience.

As a Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be:
- Carrying out regular PPMs on all Mechanical plant and assisting with Electrical systems.
- Attending breakdowns on all Mechanical plant and Electrical systems.
- Completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs, and other mechanical plant.
- Completing reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
Requirements for the Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer:
- Experience in PPMs on all Mechanical and Electrical plant room equipment.
- An NVQ/City Guilds in Plumbing or Electrical.
- Fault finding and repair experience on all Mechanical and Electrical plant.
