DB Recruitment is searching for motivated Project Managers to oversee new build housing projects near Northallerton and Malton & West Yorkshire.

MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL /HOUSING EXPERIENCE / NEW BUILD.

The ideal candidates will be experienced Project Managers or Senior Site Managers in the residential construction sector. A strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety legislation and timber frame construction is essential.

Reporting to the regional director, you will have overall onsite responsibility for the safe, timely and within budget delivery of the project under your control.
