We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Therapist to lead and manage our soon to open tranquil country escape. This role requires a skilled professional with exceptional treatment expertise, leadership qualities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high treatment standards, and supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments to the highest standard.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of therapists to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Conduct training and development sessions to maintain and enhance team skills.
- Monitor and manage treatment room standards, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with scheduling, stock control, and ordering professional products as needed.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Handle client consultations, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Drive sales of treatments and retail products, supporting business growth.
- Work closely with management to implement new treatments, promotions, and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a therapist, with leadership experience preferred.
- Recognised beauty or spa therapy qualifications (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of skincare, massage, and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior therapists.
