We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for our client, a leading Modular specialist, based in West Yorkshire.
As Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects throughout their entire life cycle from prior enabling works through to handover ensuring the project is within budget, meets quality standards and delivered within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure project gross margin is within agreed budgets
- Develop and maintain close relationship with customer ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance to Health and Safety and Environmental policies
- Quality Assurance 9001 compliance
- Ensure payments are made within contracted terms
- Ensure all order processing meets defined dates and as agreed at start up meeting
- Manage subcontractors, negotiate rates in line with relevant terms and conditions
- Departmental liaison and ensuring deadlines are met throughout the company
- Budgets are set for each part of the project and managed within.
- Management of project team including Site Managers, Site Teams, Subcontractors.
This role will be predominantly office based however presence will be required at sites therefore candidates must have a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel to sites across the UK.
Previous experience as a construction project manager is essential, experience of Modular would be desirable.
