National Account Executive (Food Manufacturing) – Grocery Retail

Warwick (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site)

We’re looking for a National Account Executive to support sales and marketing teams growing two brands in grocery retail. If you’re organised, analytical, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to step up in FMCG and get hands-on experience in account management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping things running smoothly—handling sales admin, tracking retailer funding, and making sure invoices and investments are in order.
  • Managing trade tracking processes across the EMEA region.
  • Diving into EPOS data—monitoring sales and spotting opportunities.
  • Supporting the National Account Managers—helping deliver projects and plans that drive sales.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a commercial support role (FMCG experience is ideal).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills—comfortable working with data.
  • Someone organised and adaptable—able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • A team player with the ambition to grow and develop.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills—because you’ll need them.
  • A genuine passion for food and a positive energy to represent the brands.
