ABOUT THE ROLE
dSb are proud to partner with this established online retailer based in Manchester. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add a Junior Merchandiser to their Head Office team. This role would be suitable for candidates already at Junior Merch level or an established Assistant Merch who is ready to take the next step up. You would support a Senior Merchandiser and report into the Head of Merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Updating of linecards and forecasts
- Liaising with factories and Product Team to ensure shipment dates are met for ongoing and new lines
- Manage the intake of stock within given stock turn targets
- Manage own stock to maximise availability
- Rolling up container fills
- Collate sales and stock availability across multiple sales channels
- Raising of orders
- Updating of reports for the department
- Administrative duties as required
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a merchandising role. The client is looking for an individual who is hungry and eager to drive continuous improvement on their category.
