The successful candidate will play a crucial role in data analysis, data migration, governance, business change, testing, and ensuring the smooth implementation of strategic initiatives. Joining an existing programme within this new role to showcase the value of an Analyst who has experience of delivering within a change programme and having the ability to adapt to different disciplines as the change programme moves through the lifecycle. Key Accountabilities: – Governance: Ensure compliance with governance requirements and internal policies (e.g. attend Design Authority when required, Support and maintain governance frameworks to support the change programme, feed into Steering groups with relevant and timely information. – Business Change: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business documents and processes. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive business change initiatives. – Data Analysis supporting Data Cleanse, Data Transformation and Data Migration activities. – Testing: support development of test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities. Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. – Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings. – Actively contribute towards an existing change programme while supporting the development of new tools and standards that allow the change function to learn and grow. What you’ll need: Base Skills – Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a financial accounting context. – Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. – Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment. – Working with Stakeholders Preferred Skills: – Experience with global change programmes. – Experience with ERP (Business Central) – Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. – Proficiency in project management methodologies. – Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. – Experienced in supporting business during Early Life Support/Hypercare What’s in it for you?
