Project Supervisor – Overview We are working with a successful and established Renewable Energy company who specialise in installation of Heat Pump Networks and standalone GSHP Installations in commercial and large domestic premises. They are currently looking for a Project Supervisor/ Manager to join the team in your area, managing 7 live projects (some just starting, some near completion). The projects include 2 x Heat Pump Networks with Pumping Stations, providing low cost, low-carbon, ground source heating infrastructure for housing developers. Others are standalone Ground Source Heat Pump systems for large commercial premises. This role will be predominantly based throughout the Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire and surrounding area’s. As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering existing projects as well as taking future projects from cradle to grave. You will be managing Sub Contractors and the companies directly employed staff, as well as managing stakeholder engagement. As with all roles, some clients are very easy to deal with, others slightly more challenging. The role will be home based, splitting your time between site, home and the occasional visit to the office in either Gloucestershire area or London. You will have complete control over your own diary, and autonomy over your work load. The company have consistently grown year on year since their conception, they have structured plans for expansion and as such, they can over progression opportunities moving forward in the immediate future. Project Supervisor – Requirements * Experience delivering Renewable Energy, M&E or HVAC Projects * Knowledge of GSHP systems (advantageous) * Engineering background * Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder engagement Project Supervisor – Salary & Remuneration * Salary £50,000 – £55,000 (negotiable) * Bonuses Structure based on project completion * Company Vehicle + Fuel Card * Laptop, Phone, anything required for day to day * Expenses * 25 Days Holiday + BH * Full Sick Pay * Progression Opportunities * Pension * More benefits such as Private Healthcare being added shortly
