Payroll Associate Coventry £47,000 p/a Payroll AssociateCoventry£47,000 p/a JGA are delighted to be working with a successful business looking to add a Payroll Associate to its team. Responsibilities include: Ensure that all European and UK monthly payroll deadlines are met Support the Payroll Services Manager Build relationships with outsourced UK & European payroll providers Assist with the recording and processing of all taxable benefits Maintain a high level of accuracy across all processes Constantly maintaining electronic/paper payroll files Assist with Auto-enrolment pension processes Assist the Payroll Services Manager with any administrative duties and ad hoc projects Assist with general payroll accounting and reporting Act as a cover during colleagues’ absences Support the Payroll Services manager in ensuring a robust process for starters and leavers Keep up to date with Payroll legislation as appropriate Skills & experience required: Excellent UK payroll knowledge CIPP qualified or part qualified Experience of international payroll (one other country) and vendor management Delivering great client service whilst managing a large/high-volume and complex payroll operation Excellent communication skills Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookups)
