Contract Coordinator (FM) – Salisbury Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experience contract coordinator to join their client's team in Salisbury. This role will support 45+ employees, and will be heavily involved in engagement, onboarding, offboarding and retention of our FM team. They will need to work closely with the team's direct line managers (who are employed directly by the client), to ensure vital line management tasks are being supported. Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum depending on experience Location: Salisbury, on site working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm*Security check needed for site, funded by employer* Key responsibilities will include: Reporting directly into the Area General Manager and our Client's Site Manager, this role will lead and manage the account-based employee processes in accordance with company Policies.
