Our client is a niche, growing builder who is based in Kidlington and are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. It will be an office based role with travel when necessary You will be responsible for providing a full quantity surveying role where your main duties include: Cost planning Preparation of tender documentation On-site valuations Interim payment applications Preparation of bills of quantities Communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects. Maintain relationships with existing clients Develop new client contacts and business opportunities Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities Maintain an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation Prepare and submit relevant administration i.e. Timesheets, expenses, database applications etc. The Candidate Degree in Quantity Surveying and be chartered. You will have post qualification experience Have experience dealing with a wide range of advice across the building sector but with knowledge of higher end residential work. Please note this is a full time PAYE role
