JOB REF:7760.• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with experience in high net worth land and development matters.• The team act a wide range of clients including landowners with substantial property portfolios and companies with significant investment landholdings• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including agricultural and rural matters.• You will be responsible for the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses including options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.• The firm pay excellent basic salaries along with a competitive bonus scheme and an enhanced benefits package.
