Job Summary: We’re looking for a technically savvy, client-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team in the affiliate, data and advertising technology space. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor to our enterprise clients and partners—helping them implement, optimise, and scale their use of our products, ad tech and data-driven solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our customers extract maximum value from our products while delivering seamless integration, activation, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Enablement & Support: Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them through onboarding, data integrations, best practice, and platform configuration.
- Ad Tech Expertise: Advise clients on best practices related to media activation, audience targeting, identity resolution, data onboarding, measurement, and attribution across DSPs, SSP’s DMPs, CDPs, and other advertising systems.
- Integration Management: Partner with client engineering and product teams to support API integrations, SDK deployment, and third-party platform connections.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively diagnose and resolve data flow issues, tag/pixel behaviour, and campaign delivery concerns, working closely with internal product, engineering, and support teams.
- Account Health Monitoring: Track technical performance and platform usage to identify opportunities for optimisation, risk mitigation, and growth.
- Training & Education: Deliver product walkthroughs, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing to empower clients and internal stakeholders.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a voice of the customer, channeling insights and feature requests back to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or technical client-facing role within ad tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Solid understanding of the affiliate, digital advertising ecosystem—programmatic, data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
- SQL and data analysis experience a plus.
