We’re looking for an experienced and driven Grassroots and Commercial Manager to lead the growth of community sport programmes across the South West. This role combines hands-on delivery with commercial strategy, perfect for someone who understands the grassroots landscape and how it connects to professional sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver grassroots sport initiatives across schools, clubs, and communities
- Build partnerships with schools, clubs, and local stakeholders to grow participation
- Identify and secure revenue through sponsorships, grants, and partnerships
- Align grassroots programmes with wider organisational and professional sport objectives
- Manage budgets, report on impact, and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Background in sports coaching or development
