We are looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to work within a Outstanding-rated nursing home owned by a family-run provider. You will be working alongside an experienced General Manager providing effective leadership within a fully compliant service. Based in the Epsom area, this Clinical Deputy Manager position is a mix of supernumerary and clinical shifts, working alongside 2 strong nurses who have been working at the home for years. Your key responsibility is to oversee all clinical aspects of care within the home; a unique role whereby you will be managing a nursing department with direct reports to general management for all matters relating to regulatory standards set out by CQC.
