Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 11 Manager to support students during their last year at school, making a positive impact on their lives.
Working with young people within Year 11, the Year Manager will build positive relationships with students, providing them with a safe and supportive space. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of young people by providing basic first aid support.
The role will involve having a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and involve signposting students and families to external support if required., Lift Schools are committed to ensuring the highest levels of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils, and we expect all our people and volunteers to share this commitment. We adopt a fair and consistent recruitment process which is inline with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance. This includes online checks for shortlisted candidates.
