To ensure the clients are only using the facilities they have booked for

To ensure the clients leave the facilities as they find them and take all rubbish with them

On week-day evening lettings, to lock the building ensuring the alarm system is effective

For weekend lettings (inside the building), to open and close the building at the required times. Stay on site for booking inside the building

For evenings and weekend lettings on the MUGA only, to open and close the outside of the building. Be onsite for the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of the letting

If you are required to be on site (due to lettings inside the building), to complete premises tasks such as sweeping/cleaning the outside of the building
