Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Physiotherapy team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This role covers a range of specialisms, including orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied community-based caseload.

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
