If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a real impact as an In-Work Coach with SNG! About the Role As part of our Communities team, you’ll work with customers already in employment, helping them take the next step in their careers. Whether it’s changing career paths, securing more hours, or advancing in their current role, you’ll provide structured coaching and support. You will be based in either our Basingstoke or Wembley office where you will be hybrid working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
