We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Sales Account Executive to join a fast-paced Sales & Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our innovative solutions and educate the market on our unique value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement and discovery calls to pitching, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Generate new business through prospecting, leveraging your network and strategic outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Navigate and overcome client objections, ensuring effective problem-solving and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with the broader team to refine our offerings based on client feedback, ensuring we remain a leader in the industry.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the B2B tech or enterprise software space.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to professional service firms (accounting, consulting, law firms, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience of working in a start-up environment.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing sales at various executive levels within target organisations.
- Able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication, listening, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Previous experience in a startup environment is highly valued.
- Experience with sales training and familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
