Albany Beck are hiring for a Senior Business Consultant with expertise in business case development and implementation strategies, to drive strategic transformation initiatives for one of our largest Global Investment Banking clients, in their security services division. This role will focus on improving business architecture governance, aligning operational processes with strategic objectives and ensuring seamless execution of key transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive business architecture strategy that provides strategic oversight across multiple product lines and initiatives.
- Establish clear accountability and ownership for business architecture across different initiatives.
- Drive the transition from operational efficiency-focused architecture to a more strategic, transformation-driven approach.
- Develop scalable governance frameworks that balance long-term strategy with urgent operational needs.
- Bridge the gap between high-level business architecture and execution-level business processes.

- Experience in defining and implementing governance frameworks for business architecture.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and integrate business architecture across multiple product areas.
- Broad knowledge of security services without necessarily requiring deep domain-specific expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into execution-level business processes.
