This allows us to showcase the finest jewellery and watch collections to customers in the UK and across the world. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Watch Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive sales growth within our Watches department.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Drive sales for Watches across all platforms to achieve monthly targets, ensuring all sales avenues are maximised to reach annual goals. Communicate sales progress regularly to keep the team focused on targets.
- Strap Department Management: Oversee the strap department, increasing strap sales while supporting both the web and store teams with strap-related inquiries.
- Customer Service Improvement: Work closely with customer service and store teams to enhance customer experience and feedback.
- Warranty Management: Ensure efficient warranty processing.
- Returns & Refunds Management: Oversee Watches return procedures, striving to convert returns into sales.
- Lead Generation: Assist the sales teams in identifying and reaching potential leads during key product releases.
- Proven experience in sales.
