We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-of-house technology solutions. Collaborating with business stakeholders, the product management team, and engineering colleagues, you will design, build, and support solutions to meet new business requirements while maintaining existing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, secure, and user-focused software products and solutions.
  • Work with server and client-side software stacks, utilizing low code/no code platforms as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance existing products and services by troubleshooting and resolving live support issues efficiently.
  • Employ both waterfall and agile methodologies, depending on project requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Proficient in server-side technologies (ColdFusion, PHP & Java).
  • Solid understanding of client-side technologies (HTML & CSS).
  • Extensive experience working with relational databases (MySQL & Microsoft SQL).
  • Experience with API (Restful & SOAP).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
