Are you an experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Install Engineer looking for work in Bristol and surrounding areas? We are looking to recruit experienced and trained Dual Fuel Smart Meter Install Engineers to join our growing contractor team. Working on behalf of PH Jones, part of British Gas, you will be responsible for the installation of Smart Meters and equipment while delivering first-class customer service.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Installing Gas and Electric Smart Meters (SMET2)
- Diagnosing faults using our state-of-the-art technical help desks/Apps
- Completing safety checks on Gas appliances/Consumer units
- Providing customers with energy efficiency advice

What we need from you:
- Dual fuel Smart Metering experience (ideally 2 years)
- MOCOPA or Smart Metering qualification (Preferred but not essential)
- CCN1 or CMA1 & MET1 Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
- Your own Gas Safe Registration under limited company name
- Public Liability under limited company name
- Ability to use handheld IT devices
- Your own bulkheaded roadworthy ventilated van
- LTD company status (Direct Contractor opportunity)
