About the Role:
Are you an experienced communications professional with experience driving impactful change management strategies? We are looking for a hands-on Communications and Engagement Manager to join a thriving global and multi award-winning communications agency within the corporate projects space. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and senior management to create impactful messaging that resonates across multi-country, multi-stakeholder audiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identify consistent messaging opportunities for customer experience across comms channels.
- Acquire new partnerships whilst nurturing existing ones to facilitate strategic internal comms.
- Lead strategic change communication efforts, from development to execution.
- Collaborate with internal studio teams to produce high-quality communication assets.
- Design and manage communication campaigns, ensuring they are targeted and effective.
- Deliver engaging content through copywriting and project management.
- Measure and evaluate the success of comms strategies against customer behaviour and business challenges to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications strategy (MUST have agency experience and ideally a familiarisation with pharmaceutical projects).
- Proven experience in change communications within large, complex organisations.
- Evident understanding of change management tools and other internal comms methodologies.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Able to manage budgets efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
