We are recruiting for a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to lead and support a range of infrastructure projects across the Midlands and surrounding areas. The Role As the HSE Manager, you will: * Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies across projects. * Provide expert guidance on compliance with relevant legislation and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). * Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring to promote continuous improvement. * Lead incident investigations and ensure effective closure of corrective actions. * Collaborate with project teams to develop and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation. * Deliver health, safety, and environmental training sessions. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a health and safety management role, ideally within the construction, rail or infrastructure sectors. * Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and practices. * NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma or equivalent qualification. * Membership with IOSH (Chartered preferred) and a full UK driving licence. * Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. * The ability to work flexibly and travel regionally.
