The Role: Client Advisor
At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a part-time (24 hours) Client Advisor to join our Harrods team.
The Day-To-Day
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Has strong knowledge of the collection
- Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
- BUSINESS
- Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
- Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling
- OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
- Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
- Opening and closing responsibilities.
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles;
- Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
- Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
- Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills;
- Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
- Fluency & sophistication in Swedish and English, another language is a plus;
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
