We are seeking a Superstructure Project Engineer to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in managing superstructure projects and a strong background in obtaining the necessary permissions and permits to initiate projects, including liaising with UK councils to secure them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage superstructure projects from planning to completion.
  • Obtain required permissions and permits, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  • Liaise with UK councils and relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a focus on superstructure projects, particularly in housing or real estate construction.

Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UK regulations and procedures for obtaining project permissions and permits.

Council Engagement: Proven experience working with UK councils and other regulatory bodies to secure required approvals.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of multi-disciplinary superstructure activities, with the ability to coordinate across civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural fields.

Certifications: Project Construction Management certification is mandatory; PMP certification is preferred.

Procurement Management: Demonstrated ability to manage procurement processes efficiently, both domestically and internationally.
