ROLE:
- Responsible for sales of a range of architectural / bespoke metal, acoustic wall and ceiling panels, partitions and lighting products
- Work closely with Design firms on bespoke projects / Concepts bringing to light exciting design ideas
- 100% Focus on Specification working with Architects & Interior Designers
- Providing a design / consultancy-based approach to sales with clients
- Attend industry events, networking and conducting Architectural seminars
- Work closely within in house Country Manager / Design teams to bring design ideas to life
- Utilising Internal support: Project Proposal coordinators, Architectural Account Managers
- Mix of home based working and field based client meetings
PERSON:
- Track record or good grounding in A&D Specification Sales
- Example Product experience: Ceilings, Acoustic Panels, Architectural Metalwork, Interior Cladding, Partitions, Lighting, Furniture, Bespoke Interior Architecture products
- Client relationships with A&D clients in London
- Passionate about Design and interest in latest design innovations and sustainability
- Capable of speaking to clients with a consultancy / design lead approach.
- Able to work with a large project bank / portfolio at the same time whilst utilising internal support mechanisms to spend your time in front of clients
- Articulate, Driven, Self Motivated and capable of working autonomously
