Following a recent merger and continued growth, they are expanding their commercial team with ambitious and tenacious Sales Development Representatives eager to accelerate new logo client acquisition.
The Opportunity:
As an SDR / BDR, you will join the growing commercial Cyber sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving their growth strategy. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced culture, you’ll help define your future and the company’s expansion.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing outreach strategies, qualifying leads, and generating high-quality sales opportunities within the Security Operations Centre (SOC), MDR, GRC (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Maturity Assessments), and Penetration Testing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and senior management to create and refine effective outreach strategies.
- Refine target lists, ideal customer profiles, and lead qualification criteria.
- Engage with key decision-makers (CISOs, Heads of Information Security etc) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and consistently deliver a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
- Proactively schedule and secure client meetings for the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions using CRM Systems.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the sales team to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and the competitive landscape, providing regular sales tracking and reporting.
The Sales Development Representative will have:
- Up to 2/3 years’ experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales roles within the cybersecurity services industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Experience managing a high volume of leads while building lasting relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for engaging prospects.
- Proficiency in the CRM system Salesforce and sales enablement tools such as Cognism, Outreach, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A strategic thinker passionate about building a career in cyber sales.
