Contract/Interim Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector – Data Team
Central London: 4 days in the office : 1 remote
£30k - £35k base + uncapped commission

The Role:
This team has hired a new manager with over 2 decades of experience who is leading from the front. The team focuses on data within the NHS covering DDAT, Business Intelligence, Developers, Analysis, Integration, and Data Migration. The desk has brilliant warm links and plenty of scope for cold business development.

The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced recruiter with 12-18 months experience, ideally in Interim NHS recruitment with a focus on Data
- Also considered are interim recruiters in other public sector areas with a solid understanding of the interim recruitment process
- Hungry for growth
- Exceptional at the full 360 cycle: strategic lead generation, outbound business development, mapping, negotiating, process management, candidate sourcing, detailed qualification, relationship management, networking, and proactive outreach
- Inquisitive and loves solving problems
- Experienced with Bullhorn a bonus but not essential
- Loves phone and face-to-face meetings
- Genuinely enjoys networking and connecting with people
- Has clear life goals and wants a business that helps achieve those through developing future-proofed skills and a supportive work environment
Package:
- £30-£35k starting base salary (experience depending)
- Uncapped commission, top bracket 40%
- Unlimited annual leave
